6. Alcohol
Well, don't panic! We don't say you need to give up alcohol together. Excessive drinking is a problem when it comes to premature aging. Full detonation tends to cause free radicals throughout the body, especially if these drinks are high in sugar. Alcohol also drinks the body with vitamin A, which is important for the cell regeneration and circulation process.
So, by all means, have a cup or two with your friends. But stay away from those that contain a lot of sugar (think of mixers such as juice or soda) in favor of wine, champagne, or drinks mixed with soda water and lime. It's also smart to switch every alcoholic drink with water to maintain your moisture levels.
