3. Energy Drinks
If you feel you need energy drinks to power you throughout the day, get your bottom to sleep early every night! Improving sleep hygiene can help a lot to help you feel younger, but energy drinks do just the opposite. It is rich in sugar, caffeine, sodium and acid. This deadly combo will harm your teeth, smudge them, and contribute to dryness.
For the time being, you might shake your head and think that you simply cannot get more sleep with responsibilities on your plate. But keep in mind the fact that chronic lack of sleep makes you less able and efficient in your daily tasks. It can be difficult to draw a line and say, "I've finished that day; I need a break." But when you do, you'll find that everything you need to do the next day is done faster.
